Having been asked to develop a steak sauce the first batch we made was stunningly good, after a few more that just couldn’t be improved on we went with the No1. Hence the name. This is a sauce that will have you reaching for the bottle time and time again. Billed as a Steak Sauce it is also fabulous with Bacon Sandwiches and will go great with all meats in the BBQ season, bacon, sausages, burgers you name it this sauce should be on your dinner table whatever the weather.
