The Lake District National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty, known the world over for its stunning scenery. Here, in 1913, James Wilson first made the famous Kendal mint cake that has sustained so many, from the gentle fell walker to the intrepid mountaineer. Ingredients: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Vegetable Oils (Sustainable Palm, Rapeseed), Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (12%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Soft Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses, Colour: Plain Caramel; Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup), Free Range Pasteurised Egg, Raising Agents: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Diphosphate.
