Since 1984, Cumberland Mustard has been producing this regional speciality mustard in Alston, England's last wilderness, high up in the North Pennines.
Their unique relish is made from the finest quality ingredients, pure Alston spring water, cider vinegar, sea salt, freshly milled brown and yellow mustard seed and a high percentage of honey. Cumberland Mustard contains no gluten, artificial colourings or preservatives. It is made in small batches to ensure freshness and the greatest care for quality.
