These natural products are hand-made by Mark Whitehead of Hawkshead in small batches whenever he has the fresh ingredients needed. These can be from his garden or local markets. They were first made to be served in Whigs Café in Hawkshead, to accompany the fine dishes available there - but customers began asking for them to take away.
