Add whatever ingredients you fancy for example you could you try chorizo and chicken, tuna, prawns and scallops, or just have it on it’s own.
Ingredients - Arborio Rice, Chicken stock, dried leeks, tomato powder, onion, smoked paprika, garlic, parsley, thyme, turmeric
How to Make - Place the packet contents in a pan with 2¼ pints of water. Boil then simmer, stir regularly for 25-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed and it’s at the consistency you prefer. Add pre-cooked seafood or chicken if required. Serve with salad and/or bread.
