Williams Bakery was established more than 20 years ago by Valerie Williams. Her small team originally baked and sold biscuits and cakes at local farmers markets.
All our products are still baked, wrapped and packed by hand at our premises in Lancashire, using only the finest ingredients.
Our crumbly shortbread base, filled with caramel and topped with silky milk chocolate.
