Williams Bakery was established more than 20 years ago by Valerie Williams. Her small team originally baked and sold biscuits and cakes at local farmers markets.
All our products are still baked, wrapped and packed by hand at our premises in Lancashire, using only the finest ingredients.
A wholesome biscuit with a soft and crumbly texture, generously filled with sultanas and raisins with a delicious cinnamon taste.
